Manuel's background experience includes the planning and execution of over 40 projects, totaling over $1 billion in construction volume.

He has worked in a variety of market segments including higher education, performance arts centers, broadcast facilities, K-12 education institutions, commercial, retail,  multi-family residential, public roadways, parking facilities and transportation/aviation.

With over twenty-five years of experience managing multi-million-dollar projects as a Construction Manager (individual project  sizes ranging from $250,000 to $350 million) he is a valued part of The Mercova Group.

He has also served  as a volunteer professor for corporate construction management courses, managed and supervised annual  community service construction projects and is deeply committed to adding value to his community.
